- Soft tissue tumours are very rare tumours originating from the muscle and fascia components of the neck. They can present anywhere and often require complex surgical removal through incisions in the face or neck.
- Tumours of vascular origin include haemangiomas and treatment is complex requiring a multidisciplinary team approach, but in some circumstances complete surgical excision is necessary.
