Bone tumours and odontogenic lesions

Almost all bone tumours require complete surgical excision either through the mouth or neck. Benign lesions and low-grade cancers can be excised relatively conservatively, however, malignant high-grade tumours require a radical surgical approach followed by other therapy such as chemotherapy and radiation.
